General Questions

Q: Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

A: We don’t currently have a brick-and-mortar location. However, if you're in the Chicagoland area, we offer pick-ups for your orders!

Q: What are your customer service hours?

A: Our team is available via email at 5 days a week, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept a range of payment options to suit your preferences, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Affirm.

 

Please note that we do not currently accept PayPal or Klarna at the moment.

Product Information

Q: Why do sizes vary across your products??

A: We hand-select each piece from a range of trusted designers to bring you unique styles and quality fits. Since sizing can vary, we include size charts wherever possible and offer detailed product descriptions to guide you. If you don’t see a size chart or have questions, reach out! We’re dedicated to helping you find your perfect fit.

Q: What items are considered final sale and cannot be returned?

A: Items marked with a final sale ribbon in the top right corner of the product photo are considered final sale. These items are clearly indicated as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase and will also be reflected in your order confirmation email. Please ensure you review these items carefully, as they cannot be returned.

Orders Processing & Changes

Q: Can I edit or add anything to my order?

A: If you haven't received a notification about your order status yet, we can honor size changes only. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to request a size adjustment! Once your order is in processing, we are unable to make further changes.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: We are able to cancel up to 30 minutes after your order has been placed. Please contact our team asap for help, and we will do our best to make that happen! This time frame ensures that you receive your items as soon as possible. 

 

We are unable to modify the following: 

Changing your billing or shipping address

Adding or removing an item(s) 

Updating the color of an item(s) 

Price adjustments 

Retroactively applying a discount or promotional code

Orders placed outside of our business hours cannot be canceled. Our cancellation window is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CST.

Q: I placed my order. When will it ship?

A: Please allow up to 1 hour to receive confirmation of your order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Policies 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship anywhere within the United States.

Q: What is the Domestic Shipping Policy?

A: Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, we’ll send you an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Options & Rates: We offer standard shipping (3–7 business days) and express shipping (1–3 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before tax).

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times start once your order has shipped. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (and SMS if you’ve opted in) to monitor its progress. Shipping Limitations: We currently ship only within the United States.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

 

Standard Shipping: Arrives within 3–7 business days once shipped. Express Shipping: Arrives within 1–3 business days for faster delivery.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected method.

Returns & Exchanges 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: We currently do not ship internationally at the moment.

Q: Can I pick up my order or drop off a return?

Yes, we offer order pick-ups!

Once you've placed an order for pick-up, we’ll provide additional details on the available pick-up locations.

 

However, please note that we do not accept drop-off returns; all returns must be processed through our online return process.
